A name or place entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its own results. We do not retain or log those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
When you email us, the message may be kept long enough to answer and maintain the related correspondence. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal duty.

Our servers receive routine technical information whenever a visitor loads a page:
